Tuition Aid News

We are making it easier than ever for families with a wide range of incomes to provide their children with an outstanding Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy education.

Over 40% of our students received substantial financial support from our traditional tuition assistance funds and the Barrack Foundaiton for the 2009-2010 academic year. In all, we have provided $2,000,000 in tuition assistance funds.

Our tuition aid programs include:

  • The Barrack Foundation Gift: Funds for students new to Barrack Hebrew Academy.
  • The Rabbi's Scholar Program: Rabbis throughout the tri-state area are invited to indentify one student and award him or her with a $5,000 merit-based scholarship to Barrack Hebrew Academy. Merit-based scholarship funds are made possible to students NEW to the school by the generosity of the Barrack Family Foundation. The scholarship is renewable yearly for $3,600. This award is not need-based.
  • Anonymous Donor Gifts: Funds earmarked solely for children whose parents work in the Jewish community.

To explore these opportunities for your family, please call or email me today: 610-922-2350 or vyoung@jbha.org.

Now is the time to apply for September 2010. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
